This page explains which cookies and similar tools this website uses, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority's "Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools" of 10 June 2021. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device and read again on later visits. Similar tools, such as the browser's local storage, work in a comparable way. Technical cookies, needed for the website to work, do not require consent; profiling or third-party cookies may only be set with the user's consent.
2. Cookies used by this website
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or statistics cookies, or marketing tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from external services.
The only item stored on the device is technical:
- bloom-maps-consent (browser local storage) – remembers the user's choice to display the Google Maps map. Duration: until withdrawn or until browsing data are cleared. No consent required.
3. Third-party content: Google Maps
The "Find us" section offers an interactive map provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.). The map is not loaded automatically: until the user clicks "Show the map", no data is sent to Google. After consent, Google may set its own cookies and collect data such as the IP address, under its own policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
4. External links
The buttons to TheFork, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google are plain links: they do not set cookies on this website. Once you reach those services, their own cookie policies apply.
