Mediterranean Cuisine · Panoramic Terrace · Sunsets over the White City
“A terrace with a panoramic view in the heart of Ostuni.”
In the old town of Ostuni, along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you will find Bloom Apulian Restaurant: a restaurant with a panoramic terrace where Mediterranean cuisine meets the light of the White City.
From lunch to aperitivo and dinner under the stars, we welcome you with fresh pasta, catch of the day and carefully selected ingredients, paired with a wine list that tells the story of Apulia.
Mediterranean cuisine, breathtaking sunsets and an authentic atmosphere: everything you need to slow down and enjoy Ostuni.
«Pause, breathe in the light of Ostuni and let the flavours of the Mediterranean surprise you.»

“Ostuni from above: a breathtaking view.”
Set above the rooftops of the old town, our terrace looks out over centuries-old olive groves stretching down to the Adriatic. An open-air retreat where the landscape of Ostuni becomes part of the experience, by day and at sunset.

Lunch on the Terrace
Bright light and a gentle breeze: fresh pasta, catch of the day and traditional Mediterranean dishes, framed by the view of Ostuni.
Sunset, Aperitivo & Dinner
When Ostuni's stone turns amber: an aperitivo with friends, a glass from our Wine List and dinner under the stars.
“A journey through Mediterranean scents and local excellence.”
Fresh pasta, catch of the day, carefully selected ingredients and pairings designed to bring out the best in every ingredient.

Fresh pasta with mussels.
From starters to desserts, down to the last glass
Every course is designed for a dining experience to enjoy slowly, between the white of Ostuni and the blue of the horizon. Our Wine List tells a story of authentic grapes, local passion and great labels: from Apulian reds to fresh, savoury whites, from fragrant rosés to fine sparkling wines.
“Ostuni, between whitewash, olive trees and sea.”
We are on Corso Vittorio Emanuele 25/27, in the old town of Ostuni. From here the White City shows itself in all its light: whitewashed rooftops, endless centuries-old olive groves and, on the horizon, the Adriatic. This landscape inspires everything we do.
The White City
Lime-washed houses reflect the Mediterranean light and change colour through the day: dazzling white at noon, warm amber at sunset.
Flavours of Apulia
Octopus, orecchiette, caciocavallo, almonds: our cooking starts from the produce of the Apulian land and sea, reinterpreted with lightness and care.
Sea View
From the terrace your gaze runs over the rooftops of Ostuni all the way to the Adriatic coast. The right place for an unhurried lunch or a sunset aperitivo.
«Ostuni is meant to be lived slowly: we offer you a terrace to admire it from.»
Corso Vittorio Emanuele 25/27 · Ostuni“The experience, told by our guests.”
The honest words of those who have had lunch, dinner or a sunset toast on our panoramic terrace in Ostuni.
“Esperienza gastronomica decisamente positiva.

Consigliatissimo!”
